First things first, I was given this product for free in exchange for a review. Overall, I do enjoy this lip serum/gloss and will continue to use it, would be happy to receive it as a gift, however I don't think this is something I would purchase unless it was on sale for a REALLY good deal. Com...

A picker's solution
My lips peel, making me look like I have a communicable disease (because I can't not pick at them when they peel). I probably shouldn't put product on open skin, but I did to try to even out the tone. Not only did it not hurt at all, it DID even the tone (I got hypnotic garnet). It also blurs those bothersome lines on my lips. I love lip plumpers and this is the only one I've tried that doesn't give me a reaction and make my lips burn and itch, which only exacerbates my picking issue. (Although, a friend asked me what I was wearing - so I told her, then when she tried it, it gave her a reaction so be careful.) My only complaints are the cost and it doesn't taste great; I ingested a little via drinking and anxious lip smoothing and it kinda numbed my throat. Just try not to eat it. Or pay full price for it.
False advertising!
This so-called plumping lip gloss absolutely does no plumping. The only thing I can say is that at least you get an okay lip gloss to wear in your non-plumped lips.

Not what I expected
Not happy with it
Feels like a slap in the face - literally
The burning and stinging were way beyond the usual plumping tingle - it felt like I rubbed hot pepper on my lips, or like someone slapped me right across the mouth. Super unpleasant. On top of that, it left my lips dry, tight, and uncomfortable for hours. There was no noticeable plump, just pain. I won't be using this again and definitely don't recommend it.
