I bought this kit from Ulta while I was searching for something to soothe my scalp and clean my hair. I have used other products from this brand previously and liked them so I thought this would be great. I followed all instructions on the packaging and used cool water. I let my hair air dry. Ever since my hair dried a couple of hours later, my scalp has been very irritated, itchy, and warm. The scalp leave-on treatment from the third step is very fragrant, which strikes me as odd for something that claims it is for sensitive skin, and my hair/scalp smell very strongly still. Over all, I am disappointed and dissatisfied with this purchase.
