I received this liner for free, thank you Ulta. APPLICATION: I'm glad there's a shaker inside the liner, you can mix it up so that the glitter is evenly distributed. The brush applicator started stiff, like there was a coating on it, so for the first application I pressed it against my hand to break up the bristle stiffness and then it was fine. Without any primer I found that the liner rubbed off pretty easily (I do have oily hooded eyes). COLOR: Pretty! Metallic purple base with blue glitter. It doesn't start opaque, I needed to apply either more product from the start or layer it to get a solid line for liner.

Wow, this eyeliner is such a unique color! It's beautiful, especially with the metallic finish. It gave my eyes a pop of color, and it would look amazing in bold make-up expressions. It would do also well for cosplay or halloween make-up. I layered this with my usual eyeliner and it gave a sexy look!
